Definitions

Throughout these Terms, the following words carry the meanings given below whenever they appear:

• "pak67" / "the platform" / "we" / "us" — refers to pak67 and the website accessible at pak67.best, including all services, games, and betting markets offered through it.
• "you" / "the player" / "account holder" — refers to any individual who has registered a pak67 account or is accessing pak67.best.
• "account" — your personal pak67 account, which holds your balance, transaction history, bet history, and personal settings.
• "balance" — the total funds held in your pak67 account, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• "bet" / "wager" — any stake placed on a sporting market or casino game through pak67.
• "bonus funds" — any promotional credits credited to your account by pak67 that are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• "real funds" — money deposited into your account directly from your own payment method, as distinct from bonus funds.
• "wagering requirement" — the number of times a bonus amount must be bet on qualifying games before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal from pak67.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification, the identity and address verification process pak67 may require you to complete.

Eligibility & Registration

To open and use a pak67 account you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout the entire period your account remains open:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are registering for yourself only and not on behalf of a third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where using online betting and gaming services is prohibited under applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of a pak67 employee or affiliated company.
• You have never previously been excluded from pak67 or had a pak67 account closed for breach of these Terms.
• The personal information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and your own.

pak67 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid CNIC, passport, or driving licence for identity, and a recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence showing your address. Failure to provide documents within the timeframe requested may result in account suspension.

Your pak67 Account

3.1 One Account Rule

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one pak67 account. Opening additional accounts — whether under your own name or under a different name — is a breach of these Terms. pak67 monitors for duplicate accounts using device fingerprinting, IP matching, and payment method checks. Where duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts except the original will be closed and any balances may be forfeited.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your pak67 login credentials — username, password, and OTP codes — confidential. You must not share your account with anyone. pak67 will never ask you to provide your password via email, chat, or phone. If you believe your account has been accessed by someone else, contact pak67 support immediately. pak67 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access that arises from your failure to keep credentials secure.

3.3 Accurate Information

You must keep your account details current. If your mobile number, email address, or payment method changes, update it through your account settings promptly. pak67 cannot be held responsible for missed communications, delayed withdrawals, or failed OTP delivery if your contact details are out of date.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

pak67 may request identity and address verification at any stage — at registration, before a withdrawal is processed, or at any point a compliance review is triggered. You must cooperate fully and within the stated timeframe. Accounts placed under review may have withdrawals temporarily suspended until verification is complete. This process protects both you and the integrity of the pak67 platform.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

pak67 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following methods, all in Pakistani Rupees:

• Easypaisa (mobile wallet)
• JazzCash (mobile wallet)
• NayaPay (mobile wallet)
• SadaPay (mobile wallet)
• Bank transfer via IBFT
• Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards issued by Pakistani banks

4.2 Deposit Rules

The minimum single deposit on pak67 is Rs 200. Deposits are credited to your account balance immediately or within a few minutes, depending on the payment provider. pak67 does not charge a fee for deposits. Third-party providers may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside pak67's control.

You may only deposit using payment methods that are registered in your own name. pak67 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. If a deposit is received from a payment method that does not match your verified identity, it may be reversed and your account placed under review.

4.3 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum single withdrawal from pak67 is Rs 500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible — this is a security measure to reduce fraud risk. Processing times are typically within 15 minutes for Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, and SadaPay. IBFT transfers may take up to one business day. Card withdrawals may take two to five business days depending on your issuing bank.

4.4 Withdrawal Holds

pak67 reserves the right to hold a withdrawal for up to 48 hours for security review, particularly on first withdrawals, large amounts, or where account activity has triggered a compliance flag. This is a standard fraud prevention measure and does not imply any wrongdoing on your part.

Betting Rules

5.1 Placing Bets

Once a bet is confirmed on pak67, it cannot be amended or cancelled except through the cash-out feature where available and while the market remains open. You are responsible for checking all details — selection, stake, odds — before confirming your bet. pak67 does not accept claims of error after a bet has been confirmed.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

The minimum bet on pak67 is Rs 50. Maximum stakes vary by market and event type and are displayed on the bet slip before confirmation. pak67 reserves the right to adjust maximum stake limits for individual accounts without notice, particularly where betting patterns suggest abuse.

5.3 Abandoned and Void Matches

If a cricket match or sporting event is abandoned before the minimum number of overs or periods required to constitute a result, all affected match winner bets on pak67 are voided and stakes returned. Where a result is declared via DLS or other official methods, that result stands for betting settlement purposes. 5.4 Obvious Errors

pak67 reserves the right to void bets placed at prices that were clearly displayed in error — for example, a 100/1 price on a team that should have been 1/10 due to a data feed fault. In such cases, stakes are returned. pak67 will make every effort to identify and correct such errors promptly.

5.5 In-Play Betting

In-play betting markets on pak67 operate on live data feeds. There may be a brief delay between real-world events and odds updates. pak67 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time during a match, for example following a wicket or injury, while the situation is assessed. Bets placed during a suspension period may be voided.

Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by pak67 are subject to specific terms set out in the individual promotion details. Where the promotion-specific terms conflict with these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence for that promotion only.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, bonus funds credited to your pak67 account are subject to a wagering requirement. This means you must bet the bonus amount a specified number of times on qualifying markets before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. 6.3 Bonus Abuse

pak67 actively monitors for bonus abuse — this includes creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing hedged or low-risk bets purely to meet wagering requirements, and coordinated bonus farming with other players. Where bonus abuse is identified, pak67 reserves the right to remove bonus funds and associated winnings, close the account, and in serious cases, refer the matter for further investigation.

6.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds credited to your pak67 account that have not been used within the timeframe specified in the promotion details will be automatically removed from your account. pak67 does not restore expired bonuses.

Games & Fair Play

All games available on pak67 — including Aviator, slots, ludo multiplayer, and live casino games — operate on certified random number generation (RNG) systems or live dealer feeds from licensed providers. Return-to-player (RTP) figures are available for each game in the game information panel.

You must play on pak67 using the standard platform interface only. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Use of automated betting bots, scripts, or software to place bets or play games.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion with other players to gain an advantage in multiplayer games including ludo.
• Using multiple accounts to play the same multiplayer table simultaneously.

• Self-exclusion — temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from pak67. Self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to permanent closure and cannot be reversed during the chosen period.
• Reality checks — set prompts that appear during gaming sessions and require you to confirm you wish to continue before play resumes.

Privacy & Data

pak67 collects and processes personal data as described in the pak67 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering a pak67 account you confirm that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described there.

In summary, pak67 uses your data to operate your account, process payments, verify your identity, comply with legal obligations, detect and prevent fraud, and communicate with you about your account and relevant promotions. pak67 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data shared with payment processors and game providers is limited to what is strictly necessary for those services to function.

Limitation of Liability

pak67 provides its platform on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties about uninterrupted or error-free access. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pak67 excludes all liability for:

• Losses arising from technical failures, server outages, or data feed interruptions that affect the display of odds or game outcomes.
• Any indirect, consequential, or special losses, including loss of profit or anticipated savings, arising from your use of pak67.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Actions taken by third-party payment providers including delays, failures, or incorrect processing.

Nothing in these Terms limits pak67's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Your total winnings on any single bet on pak67 are subject to the maximum payout limits published in the sports betting rules. In the event of a system or data error that results in odds or payouts being displayed incorrectly, pak67's liability is limited to returning your original stake.

Account Closure

11.1 Closure by You

You may close your pak67 account at any time by contacting support. Before closure is processed, all pending bets will be settled and any verified real funds balance will be returned to your registered payment method. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be removed.

11.2 Closure by pak67

pak67 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account with or without notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Engagement in fraudulent activity, cheating, or collusion.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Account inactivity — accounts with no login or transaction for 12 consecutive months are considered dormant and may be closed. Any remaining real funds balance will be preserved for a further 24 months before being subject to dormancy processing.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, match-fixing, or other illegal activity.

Where a pak67 account is closed for a breach of these Terms, pak67 reserves the right to withhold some or all of the balance depending on the nature of the breach.

Amendments to These Terms

pak67 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations — pak67 will notify registered players via email or in-platform notification at least seven days before the changes take effect.

Minor clarifications, corrections of typographic errors, or changes required to comply with new legal obligations may be made without advance notice. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

Your continued use of pak67 after any change to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you must stop using pak67 and may close your account in accordance with Section 11.
